This past spring, the AOLCC – Abbottsford campus organized a hot dog fundraiser to benefit the local non-profit, SARA For Women.
SARA For Women was established to provide safe refuge and community-based resources for women and children. The organization promotes women’s efforts to achieve domestic, political, and social equality. SARA stands for Support, Acceptance, Resources, Action.
Along with the hot dog fundraiser, the campus also gave away prizes throughout the event. AOLCC Abbottsford was able to present a cheque of $380.

“The Abbotsford and Langley campuses strongly believe in supporting agencies that provide assistance for the betterment of Women!”

There to receive the cheque was Executive Director Monika Verma, Outreach Coordinator Luki V., and Outreach Worker Simi T.

Nice work, Abbottsford campus!
