Help Desk Support Analyst Diploma
The Help Desk Support Analyst Diploma program provides students with the skills and knowledge to support users of computer systems and software applications. The student will be provided with in-depth knowledge on evaluating, configuring, and troubleshooting communications hardware, software, and operating systems. The program prepares students for the following industry certification exams: CompTIA A+, and MCITP Enterprise Desktop Support Technician on Windows 7.
Admissions Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent and a passing grade on the admissions test.

- The skills to communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine, document issues, and resolve problems.
- The understanding to use consulting user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions.
- The ability to provide advice and train users in response to identified difficulties and support users to install Windows desktop operating systems.
